[摘要]：本文围绕商业银行客户经理制有效性问题，立足于关系型融资理论的基本思想，提出了客户经理制有效性分析的理论框架，并运用此框架对我国商业银行客户经理制有效性做了初步的理论分析。此外，本文还考察了检验客户经理制有效性的各类模型，为国内研究和推行客户经理制提供了理论参考。

Analysis On The Efficiency Of Custom-Manager System Of Commercial Banks On The Basis Of The Relationship Lending Theory

Abstract: The article emphasizes on the problem of analyzing the efficiency of the customer-manager system adopted by commercial banks. Based on the theory of relationship lending, we bring forward a framework for theoretical research on the problem above, on which a preliminarily theoretical analysis about the efficiency of customer-manager system of business banks in China is undertaken. In addition, we review some models for accurately testing the efficiency of the customer-manager system through comparing some foreign qualitative and quantitative researching methods. We also propound some suggestions for domestic researches and practices in this field.
